Facebook is a famous social networking which was founded by Mark Zuckerberg. Facebook was launched in February 2004 that is operated and privately owned by Facebook, Inc. Nowadays, there are many active users in the world with more than 500 million in July 2010. This essay is talk about two advantages of facebook, allows users search for their new and old friend and can expand business.

First advantages is facebook allows users search for their new and old friends. Therefore, facebook can make people use to keep in touch with their new and old friends. For example, just click the name of people that want to search for, then they can connect each other easily. Being friend in facebook, people can send messages, walls, photos, and notes. Additionally, users can join networks organized by workplace, school, and college.

Second advantages is facebook can expand business. There are many people that sell their product using facebook. They sell books, clothes, shoes, jackets, cardigans, etc. The easier way is they put photo of the product and tag friends on it. Tag is photo application in facebook or label users in a photo. With doing tag in facebook, people directly know the product easily because when someone has been tagged, there will be a notification to the friend that they have been tagged and provides them a link to see the photo. So people know the product and if they want they can buy it.

In conclusion, facebook is beneficial not only for its connection but also for business. By joining facbook, people still can easily keep in touch with their relatives and promote their business.
